‘The days that make us happy make us wise’
We aim to help our pupils develop in a balanced way, enabling them to:
- achieve success at the primary stage of their education;
- play a positive part as young citizens in their communities; and
- obtain the skills and qualities they need to continue this aspiration.
Academic success is important, but so too are endeavour and achievements in all other areas.
Harnessed to these are the development of spiritual awareness and a sense of responsibility.
The Nunthorpe Primary Academy motto is ‘The days that make us happy make us wise’, and this is reflected in our academy through all that we do.
We promote individual effort against a background of solid teamwork. Almost all things can be fun to do and all children can be happy doing them.
